These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IJBCOE Journals ("the Platform"), operated by Isaac Jasper Boro College of Education Journal. By accessing, browsing, submitting a manuscript, or registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
IJBCOE Journals is an open-access, peer-reviewed academic publishing platform of Isaac Jasper Boro College of Education Journal, Isaac Jasper Boro College of Education, Sagbama, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. The Platform enables authors to submit manuscripts, tracks peer review, and publishes accepted research across education, sciences, humanities, and social sciences.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
All manuscripts undergo peer review as described in our Author Guidelines. Submission does not guarantee publication. The editorial board's decisions are final. Accepted articles are published under the terms described in Section 6 below, and publication may be subject to an article processing charge (APC) where applicable.
Unless otherwise stated, all content published on the Platform is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This permits others to share and adapt the work, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and source.
You retain ownership of your copyright. By submitting and publishing with us, you grant IJBCOE Journals a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive your work in print and electronic form.
The Platform's design, trademarks, logos, and software remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Where an article processing charge applies, the applicable fee is displayed during the submission and publication process. Fees are non-refundable once peer review has commenced. Any payment made is for the service of processing and publishing the accepted work and does not guarantee acceptance.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Published content reflects the views of its authors and does not necessarily represent the views of Isaac Jasper Boro College of Education Journal.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IJBCOE Journals and Isaac Jasper Boro College of Education Journal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of data or research.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IJBCOE Journals, its editors, reviewers, and Isaac Jasper Boro College of Education Journal from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your submitted content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or its users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
